2 weeks ago I hit bambi after eating dinner at my parents place. Damage was to my front fascia, fender, door, driver's side window, and rear quarter panel. State Farm estimated the damage at $4500 or so and has said I have the option of totaling it or repairing. They came back and said they would give me $7995 for the car (which I think is very generous for a 91 NA coupe with 130,000) so ive decided to take the money before they change their mind. Im not sure what I will get but I'm pretty sure it won't be another Z. I've had a long run with this car and have enjoyed every second of it but its time to move on. I have been seen this forum grow and mature (not really) but have enjoyed being a member for 5 or so years and reaching that Stage Addict status. There is nothing else for me to learn about the Z. I am currently employed and 24 but looking to get something relatively cheap and economic because I may be looking at Grad school next fall. My last post may be asking for any good recommendations for a daily driver. Its a bummer, but maybe a blessing in disguise (the Z was starting to show its age). Thanks all.
